Do I have to do 50 crunches a day?

add remove

This is your challenge, so you do what works for you. You can do more or you can do less. We find you might be able to do less at the beginning and more towards the end.

Do I need to show evidence of my 50 crunches a day?

add remove

No, we trust you! It is a great idea to share your progress on your Facebook fundraising page to keep your supporters updated and share it in the Facebook group to keep yourself and others motivated.

I am sick, injured or cannot complete the challenge of personal reasons - what do I do?

add remove

Feel free to finish early if you will not be able to continue the challenge, we are grateful for all your support

Is there somewhere I should be posting my 50 crunches a day in March?

add remove

There is no specific place we require you to post but quite a few of our fundraisers like to post in the group to keep themselves motivated! Whatever works for you, we certainly love to see them.

How do I keep track of my 50 crunches?

add remove

Our pets of Redkite calendar have a decked-out March, which has encouraging quotes. You can tick each day as you go and write how many crunches you did per day so you can tally them at the end.
